Hotel Accommodations

The meeting is scheduled to be held at the Wyndham Gettysburg, 95 Presidential Circle, Gettysburg, PA 17325. To reserve your room, attendees must call 717.339.0020 and ask for the group rate, “IAABO Fall Meeting”. 

 

Attendee Registration
Online registration has closed. If you wish to register for the seminar, please contact Donnie Eppley (deppley@iaabo.org). Attendees who do not register on the website may not receive a name badge and lanyard.

 

The Registration Desk will be staffed as follows:
Thursday, September 21st, 1 – 5 p.m.
Friday, September 22nd, 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 1:30 – 5 p.m.
Saturday, September 23rd, 8 – 10 a.m., (If necessary)

Hospitality Room
Topping off your day and evening of enjoyment will be the traditional “IAABO Roger J. Sheridan Hospitality Room”, named after the famed IAABO Past President (1965-66) from the State of Vermont. The hospitality room will be the place for everyone to renew old friendships and to make many new ones.

The Roger J. Sheridan Hospitality Room will be open to IAABO members and their guest as follows:
Wednesday, September 20th; 6 – 10 p.m.
Thursday, September 21st, 5 – 11 p.m.
Friday, September 22nd, 5 – 11 p.m.
Saturday, September 23rd, 9 – 11 p.m.

A continental breakfast will be provided Friday through Sunday mornings. The Hospitality Suite will not be open during the meeting sessions and the entertainment on Saturday night

Spouse/Guest Breakfast
On Friday morning, September 22nd, will be the annual IAABO Spouse and Guest Breakfast for your significant other. Breakfast will begin at 9:00 a.m. and there is no charge for one guest who pre-registers prior to Friday, September 8, 2023. Additional guests may register at a cost of $25.00 per person. Golf Outing
The 2023 IAABO Golf Outing will take place on Thursday, September 21st. The outing will take place at the Quail Valley Golf Course. Quail Valley is an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course that offers an outstanding challenge with distinctly different nines. The front plays through a mature stand of trees. The back is more open with water lurking on seven of the nine holes. Five sets of tees guarantee golfers of all abilities the opportunity to take advantage of demanding risk/reward par 5’s, a beautiful signature par 3, and the courses trademark fast greens. Shotgun start is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. with a continental breakfast and registration taking place from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. The cost for this event is $100.00. Other Scheduled Events
Saturday, September 23, 2023. Comedian Earl David Reed will entertain the seminar attendees. He is a trendsetter in the comedy and radio world. Tickets are $20.00 each and includes light Hors d’oeuvre and a cash bar. The show will begin at 8 p.m. Click here for a registration form.
