Warm Holiday Wishes to Our IAABO Family and Friends 
 
The IAABO family shares in the celebration of this holiday season and the great game of basketball. Those who give to this game get much in return. The greatest gifts we can give to the game are preparedness, punctuality, impartiality, and integrity. From that we will receive the gifts of satisfaction, sense of achievement, pride, and fulfillment.  
  
The mission at IAABO is to provide its members with the core essentials that are required to officiate the game of basketball. When these essentials are properly and consistently applied, they contribute to a positive officiating experience. Each game assignment should be treated as a gift. The service you give to that game shows how much you appreciate and value it. It should be the most valued thing on that night. 
  
IAABO’s season of giving is year-round. For those interested in receiving, we are committed to serving our members’ needs continually and consistently. At IAABO, we make it a point to deliver the finest products to all members, for whom we are grateful. What we value most at IAABO is our MEMBERS. IAABO is an organization that you can “use.”  We invite you to use all that is being offered to maximize your membership benefits and officiating experience. 
  
As you go dashing through the busy Holiday Season, take time to appreciate the true blessings of the season– the moments with family, the companionship of friends, and the fellowship with all. Holidays are a joyous time to indulge yourself in things that make you feel happy, relaxed, and stress-free. Build on what you have learned from the past, slow down, enjoy the present, and look hopefully toward your future. May we continue to learn, grow, and produce under an umbrella of respect and appreciation. 
  
At IAABO, we don’t want much more for the holidays than what you continue to give. We just want to thank the people reading this for your selfless dedication, hard work, and unwavering loyalty to our association and the game of basketball.
